Can I order a gift/card and send it straight to recipient?
Yes, just make sure you put their correct address in the 'delivery address' section when checking out. Also dont forget to add a free gift message!
I have seen something I like but I want a different colour/design/wording can I get a custom order?
Yes, just send me a message and we can talk through your ideas!
Where is my order? (UK only)
As soon as you get your dispatch email it means your order is with the Royal Mail. 2nd Class post takes between. 2-4 working days to arrive, 1st Class takes 1-2 working days to arrive. Not including Sundays and Bank holidays.
Where is my order? (Outside of UK)
As soon as you get your dispatch email it means your order is on the way and with Royal Mail. All international orders are tracked, and can be tracked through your tracking number in 'my orders'
Some parcels can be held is customs at busy posting times, or because of bad weather events.
